Despite there currently being no official confirmation from Sony, we can safely assume that the PlayStation 6, or whatever it may be called, is on the horizon. It has been almost six years since the release of the PlayStation 5, but with the launch of Sony's latest console being less than smooth, many players feel as though they have hardly had any time with both the PS5 and the mid-generation PlayStation 5 Pro.
